HOW TO ENTER

To enter simply log on to the website www.persiltop10.co.nz or www.persiltopten.co.nz and vote on your favourite photo and you will be offered the choice to enter in the draw with a chance to win one of thirty $100 vouchers redeemable at The Warehouse. All entrants must have a valid email address to register and enter the promotion.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • Entry is only open to New Zealand residents. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Submission of an entry is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Information on prizes, how to enter and how to claim prizes forms part of these terms and conditions.
  • Each unique email address may only be entered into the competition once.
  • Promotional period commences 12/05/08 at 00:01 (AEST) and closes 10/11/08 at 23:59 (AEST) ("Promotional Period"). No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims. However the following promotional periods apply:

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source invalid.
  • All entrants must have a valid email address to register and enter the promotion.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
  • In the event that a prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize values are correct at time of printing.
  • In total the prizes are thirty $100 gift vouchers that can be redeemed at The Warehouse. There will be three prize draws - prize draw one: 11/07/08, prize draw two: 11/09/08 and prize draw three: 11/11/08. In each prize draw, there will be ten $100 gift vouchers that can be redeemed at The Warehouse, to be given away.
  • Winners should allow 4 -6 weeks for delivery of their prize. Prizes can only be delivered to a physical address.
  • Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
  • There will be three prize draws - prize draw one: 11/07/08, prize draw two: 11/09/08 and prize draw three: 11/11/08 - that will all take place at Spark Activate, Level 7, 385 Queen St, Auckland. The winners will be notified by mail or telephone after the following dates: Prize draw one: 18/07/08, Prize draw two: 18/09/08, Prize draw three: 18/11/08. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Cost of accessing the Internet is the entrant's responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
  • This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.
  • Total prize pool is $3000. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Any costs in excess of the value of all prizes, and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Any costs associated with installation of prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  • The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion and fulfil prizing. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may disclose this information to other companies for the purpose of conducting this promotion.

    If entrants indicate their consent when registering their details, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use their personal information, in any media for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes without further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at www.unilever.co.nz.
  • It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  • In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other reason beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the telephone or internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the promotion.
  • If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  • Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
